As someone with anxiety, when I google something like “resources for anxiety” and 5,074 resources come up I get a little. . . anxious. . .
So, to help me (and maybe you) with that, I’m including my favorite go-to resources here. I commit to only posting articles I’ve actually read and actually found useful, and to offering links to strategies that are well researched, supported, and effective.
